Main deck: the frame was in stable shape. Replacing decking, handrails and underdeck slat wall, adding roof for shape and cover from tree debris.

Pergola: Adding a space by pool as gathering place for relaxing and eating, continuing slat wall pattern from deck.

Second deck/pool pump: second deck is homeowner’s main entry from house, decking and handrail replaced, stair completely replaced and expanded to wrap around stairs. Client request pool pump be cover and out of view, a strut assisted lid was created to cover and compliment slat wall from deck & pergola
